To further strengthen its presence and to develop strategic partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe, DanBred is looking for a Regional Sales Manager CEE. This newly established position will have an important role in shaping the future structure of DanBred’s local operations in the region. The Regional Sales Manager
CEE will build up and maintain a local organization to handle the overall operation of DanBred’s activities.
Stanowisko
Lead and manage the commercial development and strategic growth of DanBred in CEE.
- Management responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on key accounts
- and long-term partnerships.
- Develop DanBred’s activities in the region and drive the sale of DanBred’s genetic solutions to
- commercial and integrated pig producers with a personal hands-on and can-do approach.
- Drive sales and market expansion by identifying new business opportunities. Strengthen the
- company’s position on existing markets in accordance with DanBred’s overall corporate strategy.
- Motivate, retain and develop the employees into a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing inputs to the strategic development to the Regional Director Europe.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor solutions and enhance customer
- satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- The Regional Sales Manager CEE is reporting to the Regional Director Europe.
Profil
A natural sales leader with long-term vision on the pig sector in CEE.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Zootechnics, Agricultural Science or Management.
- Min. 3 – 5 years of sales managerial experience in the livestock sector, knowledge of the pig
- sector is an asset.
- Fluent English, other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Central & Eastern Europe.
Competences:
- Natural leadership skills, outstanding in cross-country cooperation, and a clear communicator.
- Excellent networking skills (both internally and externally).
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Self-propelled, willing to develop and meet the needs of business growth.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability across CEE and its markets.
