Joanna Lip

Her connection with agriculture goes back as far as she can remember. Joanna was born into a family with strong farming traditions and grew up on a farm in northern Poland.

She studied economics in Gdańsk and later agricultural engineering in Warsaw, combining a business perspective with an agricultural background.  During studies, she completed an internship at the Ministry of Agriculture. For over 10 years she gained managerial experience in the purchasing departments of 2 major players in the Polish animal feed industry.

At Ceres she makes great use of her soft skills, relationship-building abilities, and deep understanding of the agri-food sector to connect clients with candidates who are genuinely engaged and well-suited to their roles.
